Prince Fatty - new album, as well as some remixes like Manu Chao.
Moody Boyz - just did Amy Winehouse Dubstep-stylee (pretty good) and a bunch of other things.
Nice to see some new names get exposure. Anyone else besides the 'usual suspects' ??

Seems to be the return of the same Moody Boyz/s of old (aka early KLF collaborator Tony Thorpe). At least, his myspace page links to a site selling Moody Boyz MP3s that includes new dubstep stuff.
New names? Hard for me to say...
People I've started paying attention to recently tho:
- Solomun
- Kadebostan
- Manuel Tur
- Chimp Beams
- Trusme

Also worth noting another dubstep Moody Boyz release with Lee Perry Vocals...
Others:
Sebastien San - Rising Sun, released on PLanet E
Martyn - FK, playing at your fabric gig this weekend ! Two great recent tracks 'All I have is memories' and TRG remix of 'Broken Heart'

I love Martyn's stuff, including another new one I just got that has this wicked Detroit-style keyboard line. "Natural Selection" / "Vancouver"
Already on the Lee Perry as well as Sebastien San's jam (doesn't that keyboard he uses sound just like a piece of Kirk De Giorgio's As One "Triumphant"?)

Big Martyn fan here too ! He seems to be on a roll coming out with some really fresh sounds. Also heard 'Vancouver', tight breaks, just plain nasty...
We need to get him over here
I Need to hear the As One track, only have Planetary Folklore which is a good listen. |

Yep I'm digging the James Pants as well. Just put "We're Through" on a new mix of mine.
I'm really digging:
Stuff of the Theomatic label from Russia
Trus'me

:::SKREAM :::
Not a new name in the world of dubstep, more like a household name, especially on London side.
However, lately though, seems like he's been churning a whole slew of new material almost all unreleased.
Still on the dubstep angle but starting to take a new direction, sounds more mature with the layering and spaced out vibe.
Caught two new tunes on his last streaming radio broadcast, 'One for the heads that remember' and 'Smokers', killer !!!
